Small Group Training

Our small group training sessions are a fun and challenging way to get into a new workout routine or spice up an old one! Small group training sessions are held at our beautiful Berkeley Gym and implement a variety of foundational strength training, aerobic and functional fitness techniques. We also keep groups to a maximum of 4 participants ensuring focused attention, allowing you to get in a safe, fun and effective workout.

All inclusive Memberships and Small Group Training packages:

The Weekly Warrior Package

$250.00 per Month Includes:

  • Access to gym facility during business hours

  • 1 small group training session per week and 4 free additional sessions good for 6 months (Cannot be combined with other offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

The Consistency Package

$350.00 per Month  Includes:

  • Access to Gym facility during business hours.

  •  2 small group training sessions per week and 4 free additional sessions good for 6 months (Cannot be combined with other offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

(Saves over $250)

The Crushing it Package

$450 per Month Includes:

  • Access to Gym facility during business hours.

  •  3 small group training sessions per week and 4 free additional sessions good for 6 months(Cannot be combined with other offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

(Saves over $350)
